In the era of artificial intelligence (AI), cultivating uniquely human skills like empathy, emotional intelligence, creativity, and effective communication will be critical for personal and professional success. This workshop explores strategies for enhancing interpersonal abilities and harnessing the synergy between human ingenuity and AI capabilities.

Participants will learn techniques for developing strong relationships, resolving conflicts and inspiring teams. They'll also gain insights into the evolving role of leadership and the key attributes future leaders must embrace, such as adaptability and the ability to guide others through an increasingly complex, technology-driven world. By the end, attendees will have a deeper understanding of how to thrive by capitalising on the distinct human advantage in the age of AI.

Phil Alexander, Trainer & Consultant

Understanding Transactional Analysis can significantly improve interpersonal relationships, personal wellbeing and business performance. Developed by psychiatrist Eric Byrne, Transactional Analysis (TA) originally helped analyse and improve individual’s (e.g. manager’s) human relationships and communication skills.

Today there seems to be a growing skills gap in some individuals’ ability to communicate at a human ‘people’ level. They can often fail to bring employees or customers with them - despite being technically competent. Human interactions are critical when managing staff and winning and retaining customers.

For companies thinking about 2024 and beyond, effective human interactions can be the difference between compliance (mediocre business performance) and commitment (exceptional performance). Colleagues and customer relationships will become healthier and more productive.
